By booking travel services through us or browsing our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

Travel with Rumi acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent, arranging travel services on behalf of third-party suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and transportation providers.

We specialise in designing and arranging bespoke travel experiences tailored to your preferences. All recommendations are made in good faith and based on information and availability provided by suppliers at the time of planning.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant travel supplier.

Payment terms, including required deposits and final payment deadlines, will be provided to you prior to confirming your booking. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of both Travel with Rumi and the relevant travel supplier(s).

Prices may change due to factors including, but not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier price adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies are set by the individual travel suppliers and vary depending on the service booked.

These terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking, and it is your responsibility to review and accept them before making payment.

Travel with Rumi may charge an administration fee for certain changes or cancellations.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including full names exactly as they appear on passports.

You are also responsible for ensuring you meet all passport validity, visa, vaccination, health, and entry requirements for your destination. Travel with Rumi cannot be held responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to failure to meet these requirements.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Travel with Rumi acts solely as an agent for third-party travel providers. We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these suppliers.

Accordingly, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or failure of any travel supplier or other third party, or by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Travel with Rumi unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
